However, if you made the mistake in your online order, you will be expected to pay for return shipping. If your order was damaged upon arrival, please provide photos of the damage. Also, all items must be returned unwashed, unused, and unopened in the product’s original packaging. If items are returned according to the above specifications, you will receive an online credit to be used for the total amount of the items returned. Special orders cannot be exchanged or returned.
